Paramos lá por acaso. Estávamos voltando de viagem, não encontrávamos lugar para comer na rodovia e resolvemos entrar em Rio Claro a procura de um local para jantar. Foi uma grata surpresa!
Ambiente aconchegante, atendimento excelente, comida deliciosa e preço justo!

 Spectacular place!
We stopped there by chance. We were returning from a trip, we couldn't find a place to eat on the highway and decided to go to Rio Claro looking for a place to have dinner. It was a pleasant surprise!
Cozy atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food and fair price!
Variety of craft beers!
We recommend it!

Great place to get together with friends on weekends, well located and easily accessible from Avenida 29. Very close to the city center and Boulevard dos Jardins. Quality service and variety of drinks and food. Well decorated and pleasant environment. I recommend.

I liked it, the food was good but it was very expensive for the amount served. Could do more with the amount of portions.

Péssimo atendimento, todos os garçons perdidos sem o mínimo interesse de atender, tinha que chamar duas vezes para virem.
Esperei por 75 minutos meu prato com toda paciência para ao pergunta sobre me informa a garçonete que esqueceu de anotar! Um descaso total, tive que esperar mais 40 minutos para prepararem e ao chegar a minha surpresa. Uma porção minúscula sendo que ao pedir perguntei se a porção de picanha era suficiente para duas pessoas.
Ao chegar no local percebi que so tinha uma mesa para 6 pessoas vaga perguntei se poderia sentar e a resposta foi não já que seríamos somente dois, então colocaram a gente em uma mesa improvisada no meio da passagem e falaram que assim que liberar uma mesa para dois avisavam, então 5 minutos depois chega um casal e deixam eles sentarem na mesa de 6 lugares onde eu fui proibido de sentar literalmente foi uma discriminação contra nós!!!
Outras mesas para dois liberaram e não me avisaram tive que ir correndo pegar antes de outra pessoa e não ajudaram nem a mudar as coisas (comida) de mesa.
Até para pedir a conta demoraram tanto que ao ir no caixa perguntar a garçonete esqueceu também de pedir (novidade).
É uma grande pena um ambiente legal e aconchegante preço em conta porém os trabalhadores sem o mínimo interesse e sem profissionalismo nenhum. REPITO NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREI, NÃO RECOMENDO SE NÃO QUISER PASSAR DOR DE CABEÇA.
Espero que tomem uma atitude para isso mudar, visto que outros clientes tiveram os mesmos problemas!!
BADLY I WILL NEVER RETURN, DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PASS A HEADACHE. I've been to so many restaurants in different cities and countries and I've never stopped in such a bad place until now!
Poor service, all the waiters lost without the slightest interest in attending, I had to call twice to come.
I waited for 75 minutes for my plate with all patience for the question about informs me the waitress that she forgot to write down! A total neglect, I had to wait another 40 minutes to prepare and when my surprise arrived. A tiny portion and when I asked I asked if the portion of rump steak was enough for two people.
Upon arriving at the place, I realized that there was only one table for 6 people, I asked if I could sit and the answer was no, since there would only be two of us, so they put us at a makeshift table in the middle of the passage and said that as soon as I free a table for two warned, then 5 minutes later a couple arrived and let them sit at the 6-seater table where I was forbidden to sit, literally, it was discrimination against us!!!
Other tables for two released and they didn't let me know I had to go running and get it before someone else and they didn't even help to change things (food) at the table.
It even took so long to ask for the check that when I went to the checkout to ask, the waitress also forgot to ask (new).
It's a great pity a nice and cozy environment at an affordable price but the workers without the least interest and without any professionalism. I REPEAT I WILL NEVER RETURN, DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PASS A HEADACHE.
I hope they take action to change this, as other customers have had the same problems!!
