★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedade muito boa de móveis rústicos, porém deixam muito a desejar no que diz respeito à cobrança de frete, caríssimo, o que torna inviável caso more um pouco mais afastado da cidade de Avaré! Não há política de satisfação ao cliente, e hoje em dia isto é muito importante devido à concorrência e diversidade de opções. No fim das contas, comparando com as opções diversas pela internet, saímos perdendo. Somos clientes antigos, mas isto não conta.
Very good variety of rustic furniture, but they leave a lot to be desired in terms of freight charges, which are very expensive, which makes it unfeasible if you live a little further away from the city of Avaré! There is no customer satisfaction policy, and nowadays this is very important due to competition and diversity of options. In the end, comparing with the various options on the internet, we lost out. We are old customers, but that doesn't count.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em Avaré a pouco tempo, minha mãe queria uma mesa de madeira e lá fomos escolheu a mesa e então a surpresa cobram frete, sendo que a entrega seria no mesmo bairro da loja, ok. Ai a vendedora falou que ganharíamos o frete, efetuamos a compra em seguida mandou um WhatsApp falando que se enganou que teríamos que pagar o frete ou seja despreparada, tive que voltar com a minha mãe que é idosa para pagar o frete. Primeira e última compra! A primeira impressão é tudo!

Then the seller said that we would win the shipping, we made the purchase then sent a WhatsApp saying that she was wrong that we would have to pay the shipping or be unprepared, I had to go back with my mother who is elderly to pay the shipping. First and last purchase! First impression is everything!
