O rapaz que fica lá na frente precisa ser mais receptivo e a moça que trabalha no balcão atende muito grossa, primeira impressão não foi boa. Mandou eu Mesmo Ir atrás das peças. Eu meramente um leigo querendo comprar parecia que estava pedindo Favor
Mas aí um rapaz que nem com farda amarela estava me atendeu muito bem. Voltei hoje por conta dele. Fui lá ontem não comprei hoje voltei pelo bom atendimento desse rapaz. Porém não digo isso pra prejudicar o emprego da mesma. Mas vocês precisam orientar ela que estamos na era do cliente. Óbvio dentro das possibilidades e limitações
Cliente tem que manter respeito recíproco. Mas ela é áspera. Precisa melhorar. Mas o armazém é muito Bom. Bem completo e não tem um preço caro
Excellent service from Celso and another guy at the counter. Helpful, attentive. The guy at the front needs to be more receptive and the girl who works at the counter is very thick, first impression was not good. I ordered myself to go after the pieces.
