Comprei um produto, devido não ter servido fui pedir o estorno e a empresa mesmo informou que não seguia a lei que era política própria deles de trocar e não de devolver o dinheiro . Não existe isso no código do consumidor da empresa decidir . A Proprietária ainda usou de má educação contra mim . Se você não quer ser tratado como lixo vá em outra loja concorrente. Irei tomar as medidas cabíveis legais contra a empresa .

I bought a product, because it didn't work, I went to ask for the refund and the company even informed that it did not follow the law, which was their own policy of exchanging and not returning the money. There is no such thing in the consumer code of the company to decide. The Landlady even used bad manners against me. If you don't want to be treated like garbage go to another competing store. I will take appropriate legal action against the company.
