Liguei dois dias seguidos, sendo que no primeiro a atendente disse q ia ver com o farmacêutico devido ao recesso. No dia seguinte ligo no horário combinado e a mm atendente disse q daria p fazer a entrega e nada de receber o produto. Quero dizer a atendente Matiele q estou sobre tratamento com este fitoterápico chinês, não é mero capricho. Trabalhe com mais honestidade e transparência. Responsabilidade zero e nenhum zelo c o cliente.
Order placed on 12/26. Today, January 5th and no herbal medicine. My dissatisfaction is that this compounding pharmacy does not have any commitment to delivery. I called two days in a row, and the first day the attendant said I was going to see the pharmacist because of the break. The next day I call at the agreed time and the attendant said that I would be able to make the delivery and not receive the product. I want to tell the attendant Matiele that I am about to be treated with this Chinese herbal medicine, it is not a mere whim. Work with more honesty and transparency. Zero liability and no care for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site e depois de 10 dias sem qualquer informação sobre o meu pedido,entrei em contato com a empresa por Whatsapp e aí foi só enrolação por parte da atendente Nathielle, cada dia era uma desculpa diferente para não passar o rastreio,que na verdade não existia porque ela não tinha enviado meu pedido e ficava inventando desculpas,demorou para devolver o meu dinheiro.
