★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Certa vez comprei um pedaço de bolo e como eram para duas pessoas pedi maior. A funcionária com o carisma de uma jamanta perguntou indelicadamente se era pra família inteira. E como algumas coisas nunca mudam. Mais ou menos um ano depois fui até lá e o atendimento continua péssimo. O pedaço de bolo era menor, mas veio despedaçado.
Lousy service. I once bought a piece of cake and as it was for two people I asked for a bigger one. The employee with the charisma of a large window asked rudely if it was for the whole family. And how some things never change. About a year later I went there and the service is still terrible. The piece of cake was smaller, but it came apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou ao shopping D, passo para tomar um café. Excelente atendimento. Estive ali com meu neto. Ele comprou um saquinho de balas, mas na hora se abrir o pacote, as balas foram todas para o chão. Voltei até o café para comprar outro pacote, mas gentilmente o Sr que nos atendeu, ofereceu novo pacotinho sem cobrar nada. Uma atitude maravilhosa e surpreendente. O valor era bem pequeno, mas a atitude foi tudo, não tem preço!
Whenever I go to mall D, I stop by for coffee. Excellent service. I was there with my grandson. He bought a small bag of candy, but when the package was opened, the candy was all on the floor. I went back to the cafe to buy another package, but kindly the man who attended us offered a new package without charging anything. A wonderful and surprising attitude. The price was very small, but the attitude was everything, priceless!
