★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O engenheiro caio, faz pouco caso dos clientes, estou a 3 meses pra ele resolver defeitos no condomínio e ele somente fica dando datas e não cumpri, até hoje não arrumou nada. E responde mensagens quando quer, já faz mais de uma semana que mando mensagem ele não responde, ligo no escritório ele nunca se encontra, falam que vão passar o recado. E continua a mesma coisa.
Os defeitos já viraram vício pq já foram arrumados a mesma coisa mais de duas vezes e sempre volta o defeito.
Não tem profissionalismo com os clientes !
The engineer falls, doesn't care about the customers, I'm 3 months away for him to solve defects in the condominium and he just keeps giving dates and I didn't comply, until today he hasn't fixed anything. And he answers messages whenever he wants, it's been more than a week since I text him he doesn't answer, I call the office he never meets, they say they'll pass the message on. And it remains the same.
The defects have already become an addiction because the same thing has been fixed more than twice and the defect always comes back.
No professionalism with customers!
