★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho ganhou de presente de amigo secreto um chinelo com o logo do Palmeiras que ao experimentar ficou muito grande. A etiqueta de preço informa 43/4 e o chinelo indica o número 44/6.
Munido da Nota Fiscal de compra, me dirigi a loja para solicitar a troca por um número menor. Fui atendida pela gerente da loja que alegou que não poderia trocar, pois o lacre que prende a etiqueta de preço havia sido rompido (Claro, foi retirada pelo presenteador!!) e contrariando as evidências, alegou que o chinelo estava sujo. Fui chamada de mentirosa, pois apesar de afirmar e reafirmar que era presente e não havia usado o chinelo a gerente continuou dizendo que isto não era verdade.
Foi a minha primeira compra nesta loja e estou completamente frustrada, pois além de adquirir um produto que não pode ser trocado, fui tratada com ironia, frieza e pouco caso por parte da responsável pela loja.
NÃO RECOMENDO.

My son received a slipper with the Palmeiras logo as a gift from a secret friend, which when he tried it became very big. The price tag reads 43/4 and the slipper indicates the number 44/6.
Armed with the purchase invoice, I went to the store to request the exchange for a smaller number. I was attended by the store manager who claimed that I could not change it, because the seal that holds the price tag had been broken (Of course, it was removed by the gift giver !!) and contrary to the evidence, he claimed that the slipper was dirty. I was called a liar, because despite saying and reaffirming that I was present and had not worn the slipper, the manager continued saying that this was not true.
It was my first purchase at this store and I am completely frustrated, because in addition to purchasing a product that cannot be exchanged, I was treated with irony, coldness and little case by the person in charge of the store.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
