★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condômino muito gostoso, bonito, localização boa, ponto de onibus perto, falta mais comercio perto, e a portaria é muito primária, não tem acesso a interfone, os porteiros não tem nenhum sistema de consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Região muito boa para morar conta com escolas municipais e postos de saúde com linhas de ônibus para diversos lugares faz divisa com Itapevi Jandira com fácil acesso a rodovia Raposo Tavares, rodovia Castello Branco, permitindo que os moradores trabalhem tanto em São Paulo como nessas cidades mencionadas como até mesmo em cidades do interior entre elas Campinas campos do Jordão etc
A very good region to live in, it has municipal schools and health centers with bus lines to various places bordering Itapevi Jandira with easy access to the Raposo Tavares road, Castello Branco road, allowing residents to work both in São Paulo and in those mentioned cities as even in inland cities including Campinas Campos do Jordão etc.
