★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local aberto e amplo, muito ventilado (até porque fica bem perto da praia). Poucas opções de lazer. Tem uma estradinha que leva até a praia, mas só vi por cima, não cheguei a tentar ir até lá. Fica a 1,2km da praia. No local tem uma bela horta comunitária.
Open and wide place, very ventilated (not least because it is very close to the beach). Few leisure options. There's a little road that leads to the beach, but I only saw it from above, I didn't even try to go there. It is 1.2 km from the beach. There is a beautiful community garden on site.

Quiet and very well located condominium. It has a very good climate. The concept of a closed neighborhood makes the condominium interesting, it lowers the cost of maintenance. One of the best places to live in Espírito Santo
