Assim que cheguei uma das atendentes veio me explicar os procedimentos e sugerir o melhor para o meu cabelo. A manicure também mostrou-se muito competente. Os combos e preços variam e são muito camaradas. Vale a pena! Voltarei com certeza.
I discovered the place through a promotions website and I was not disappointed. The lounge is pleasant and the staff are polite and attentive. As soon as I arrived, one of the attendants came to explain the procedures and suggest the best for my hair. The manicure was also very competent. The combos and prices vary and are very friendly. Worth it! I will be back for sure.

O ambiente é limpo e organizado!
só tenho uma queixa em relação a moça que fez a sobrancelha, me pareceu que não estava muito afim de fazer o trabalho, ou não estava enxergando direito, mas pode ser por conta da iluminação ??♀️(voltei pra casa e tive que tirar uns pelinhos ainda)...
Mas de modo geral, a experiência foi bacana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão Arquitetura da Beleza, comprei um pacote em novembro e gostei do resultado e ao retornar hoje, tive a surpresa de ter sido cobrada por um valor diferente do combinado. Se for, veja bem o valor e formalize para não ter a surpresa que eu tive. A justificativa foi que o corte seria a parte e por sinal, um péssimo trabalho... o cabelo da minha filha foi cortado seco e com uma máquina, resultado do corte...tudo torto. Surpresa ao pagar e ainda terei que concertar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a pandemia afetou a vida de todos. O salão tem poucos profissionais e os serviços não foram realizados adequadamente. O botox não foi bem finalizado com a chapinha e o procedimento de luzes ressecou bem o cabelo. Não faltou educação ou respeito no atendimento. Mas é fundamental ter profissionais que pudessem atender ao telefone. Uma pessoa só fazendo tudo e manipulando Química no cabelo de clientes é no mínimo perigoso.

Botox was not finished well with the flat iron and the highlighting procedure dryed the hair well. There was no lack of education or respect in the service.
