★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi que tinha ótimas avaliações e solicitei um orçamento. Fui procurada pelo Senhor Cícero, que demorava absurdamente para responder. Até então tudo bem.... Após eu informar que tipo de serviço queríamos realizar na obra ele informou que teria que realizar uma visita no local, o que prontamente me dispus a marcar com muita dificuldade porque o Senhor notoriamente não demonstrou interesse. Muito bem, no dia marcado sequer retornou informando que não poderia ir. Não indico, pois faltou comprometimento, responsabilidade e profissionalismo.

After I informed him what kind of work we wanted to do on the job, he said that he would have to make a visit on the site, which promptly I was willing to schedule with great difficulty because the Lord notoriously showed no interest. Very well, on the appointed day he did not even return saying that he could not go. I do not indicate, because there was a lack of commitment, responsibility and professionalism.

Cícero nasceu para fazer o que faz, é apaixonado pelo trabalho, pessoa de integridade, organizado e viciado em trabalho! Eu só visito a obra aos finais de semana. Ele me manda fotos diariamente dos avanços. Ele mesmo compra tudo que precisamos e para ele não tem final de semana ou feriado.
Fez tudo no meu apartamento, desde excelente hidráulica e elétrica até os acabamentos.

Cicero was born to do what he does, he is passionate about work, a person of integrity, organized and a workaholic! I only visit the work on weekends. He sends me photos daily of the advances. He buys everything we need himself and for him there is no weekend or holiday.

Através de uma pesquisa na internet encontrei uma empresa muito concentuada no mercado onde o Sr Cícero é o responsável. Empresa pontual e com preços justos , minha obra ficou perfeita e não tive nenhuma dor de cabeça ,mesmo depois de fechar o serviço tive um excelente suporte pós venda , toda atenção e dedicação . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Cícero coordenou uma reforma enorme no meu apartamento, daquelas onde absolutamente tudo foi mexido e trocado, incluindo mudança de paredes, todos os revestimentos etc. Foram 4 meses de trabalho intenso e o apartamento ficou lindo. Ele manteve contato direto com a arquiteta pra resolver todos os problemas e esclarecer dúvidas sobre o projeto. A obra foi entregue no prazo e tudo correu dentro do planejado (incluindo os contratempos de qualquer obra). Reforma é sempre estressante, mas acredito que a minha aconteceu da melhor forma possível. Indico e recomendo.
Cicero coordinated a huge renovation in my apartment, the kind where absolutely everything was moved and changed, including changing the walls, all the coatings, etc. It took 4 months of intense work and the apartment was beautiful. He kept in direct contact with the architect to solve all problems and clarify doubts about the project. The work was delivered on time and everything went according to plan (including the setbacks of any work). Retirement is always stressful, but I believe mine happened in the best possible way. I recommend and recommend.

Cícero, acompanha de forma amiúde todos os detalhes da execução da obra, bem como a gestão geral dos sub-contratos, garantindo um resultado final, alinhado com as premissas do contrato e expectativas do cliente.
Recomendo a empresa, por ter um padrão diferenciado no mercado, alinhada com uma relação benefício/custo justa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a cobertura in Moema in 2020 that needed a complete remodel, and we brought Cícero and his crew on to help us. They did just about everything: demolition, plumbing, electrical, flooring and tile, lighting, painting, and even installed a large spa in our outdoor area.
Cicero was a pleasure to deal with: him and his crew are honest, hard working and competent. He has been responsive and quick to attend to any issues that have arisen over the past year. Highly recommend.
