★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfeito todos os arranjos que precisei fazer em minhas roupas. Desde uma simples bainha até concertos mais elaborados em saias, vestidos e blazer. A pessoa que marca os ajustes e muito capacitada e entende ate da simetria do corpo, para saber como fazer o concerto no ponto adequado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei meia hora em uma fila, ao ser chamado me jogaram num provador onde fiquei mais 20 minutos sem atendimento. Quando ouvi uma outra cliente reclamando que haviam destruído uma roupa dela não fiquei pra ver o que fariam comigo diante de tanto descaso no atendimento. Não recomendo.
I was in a line for half an hour, when I was called they threw me in a dressing room where I spent another 20 minutes without assistance. When I heard another client complaining that her clothes had been destroyed, I didn't stay to see what they would do to me in the face of so much carelessness. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deixei uma peça na segunda para ser entregue na sexta e chegando na loja a peça não estava pronta,além disso, me pediram 40 min para a costureira realizar a costura da peça que deixei na segunda. Pedi que me entregassem a peça via motoboy e foi dito que eu teria que pagar 25,00, sendo que fiz um deslocamento do meu trabalho até a loja para buscar a roupa e tinha um compromisso em seguida. Uma total falta de respeito ao consumidor.
Bad service, I left a piece on Monday to be delivered on Friday and when I arrived at the store the piece was not ready, in addition, I was asked for 40 minutes for the seamstress to sew the piece I left on Monday. I asked them to deliver the garment to me via motoboy and was told that I would have to pay 25.00, and I had to travel from work to the store to pick up the clothes and then I had an appointment. A total lack of respect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propagando enganosa, falam que arrumam barra de calça em uma hora, mas marcam depois de 5 dias, nunca me entregaram na data e horário corretos e mentem com essa propaganda enganosa. Não indico, prefiro ir na sapataria do futuro perto do outback, não façam lá! Atendimento péssimo, fiz a devida reclamação da propaganda enganosa e ela diz que faz sim em uma hora, mas eu pedi para fazer e adivinhem??? Claro que não fez!
Misleading advertising, they say they fix the hem of pants in an hour, but they schedule after 5 days, they never delivered me on the correct date and time and they lie with this false advertising. I don't recommend it, I prefer to go to the shoe store of the future near the outback, don't do it there! Terrible service, I made the proper complaint about the false advertising and she says yes in an hour, but I asked to do it and guess what??? Of course it didn't!
