★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei diversas vezes este produto e sempre gostei, porém na última compra realizada 03/11/2021 ao utilizar a segunda metade do pacote de 5 kg minha esposa percebeu que o arroz (mercado velho) estava com larvas. Procurei o supermercado onde efetuei a compra (Supermercado Taka) em Pindamonhangaba que mesmo em poder da nota fiscal disseram que não podiam fazer nada, que eu deveria ligar no SAC da empresa, localizei três números, um na embalagem e dois pelo Google mas nenhum atende.
I have already bought this product several times and have always liked it, but in the last purchase made 11/03/2021, when using the second half of the 5 kg package, my wife noticed that the rice (old market) had larvae. I looked for the supermarket where I made the purchase (Supermercado Taka) in Pindamonhangaba which, even in the possession of the invoice, they said they could do nothing, that I should call the company's SAC, I found three numbers, one on the package and two through Google, but none answer .
