They did not require proof of vaccination - COVID, contrary to the recommendation of the State. Nice atmosphere (air conditioned), ok food. There are better options in Recife Antigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratos saborosos, porções boas (os pratos individuais dão pra 2 pessoas). Faltou um pouco de tempero, mas a pimenta colocada na mesa ajudou. O que tornou a permanência no local impossível foi a caixa de gordura na entrada da cozinha que estourou, deixando todo o ambiente fedendo a esgoto. Deixamos os pratos na mesa, antes mesmo de finalizarmos e nos retiramos após pagar a conta. O proprietário que estava no caixa sequer foi capaz de pedir desculpas, e ainda cobrou o preço integral do pedido. Lastimável a falta de higiene ao não limparem regularmente a caixa de gordura, a ponto de deixá-la transbordar durante o período do almoço.
Tasty dishes, good portions (individual dishes are enough for 2 people). It lacked a little seasoning, but the pepper placed on the table helped. What made staying there impossible was the grease trap at the entrance to the kitchen that burst, leaving the entire room reeking of sewage. We left the dishes on the table before we even finished and left after paying the bill. The owner who was at the cashier was not even able to apologize, and even charged the full price of the order. The lack of hygiene is regrettable when they don't regularly clean the grease trap, to the point of letting it overflow during the lunch period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante bem localizado e de fácil acesso, com dois salões climatizados e um atendimento de primeira. Se isso já não bastasse, os pratos são bem servidos e muito gostosos. Se você está de passagem por Recife e visitar o Recife antigo, dá uma parada aqui pra almoçar.
Restaurant well located and easily accessible, with two air-conditioned rooms and a first class service. If that wasn't enough, the dishes are well served and very tasty. If you are passing through Recife and visiting old Recife, stop here for lunch.
