Ótimo atendimento (são super atenciosos e solícitos); uma estrutura bem organizada, iluminada e de muito bom gosto na decoração; preços de mercado e justos, variedade de produtos (apesar da loja parecer pequena); conta com banheiro pra clientes; está bem localizada e aceita variadas formas de pagamento assim como parcelar a compra.
O ponto fraco seria não ter um local próprio de estacionamento, pois como é na principal, é difícil de encontrar vaga perto. O ideal é estacionar ao redor do quarteirão. Mas isso não poderia influenciar a avaliação pois os pontos fortes são bem superiores.
Voltaremos a comprar na Arte e Cia com certeza.
