★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que precisei foi excelente mas este ano 2019 foi horrível todos os serviços tiveram que ser refeitos e os funcionários todos sem epi e deixaram todo o meu piso sujo colocaram celular carregar Caixa Luz deixando a minha empresa em risco foi uma experiência ruim agora depois de muito discutir com o Sr Wilson tudo resolvido mas qdo pedi nota fiscal serviços ELE me bloqueou vou ter acionar o Procon não aconselho pra ninguém quê não quer passar nervoso e eu estava tratando um câncer e passei por está empresa infelizmente recaiu muito

Recebi meu pedido muito rápido mesmo até antes do prazo. Os meninos que fizeram a instalação super educados e prestativos também , adorei o atendimento é super recomendo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, dinheiro jogado fora, sem contar a dor de cabeça! Funcionária e esposa do dono Elaine responsável pela arte muito atrapalhada. Não consegue entender o que queremos, perdi muito tempo até ela me entender (demorei pra fechar pois sempre que respondia sua mensagem ela não estava disponível e quando ela me mandava não conseguia responder imediatamente). Proprietário Wilson foi até meu consultório e me prometeu que material seria igual ao que tenho na minha recepção atualmente, mas material entregue em questão de qualidade e acabamento não se compara ao que tenho, em justificativa no dia da instalação disse que o material da minha recepção era outro e blá-blá-blá. Seu filho realizou a instalada na CHUVA, questionei e os dois responderam que não afetaria a instalação. Três meses se passaram, e o que aconteceu? As letras começaram a cair. Em contato com Wilson, disse que não poderia me atender pois estava chovendo (o mesmo caiu em contradição), após 16 dias da reclamação e solicitação do reparo ele realizou o agendamento com muito custo e no dia da visita desmarcou pois a peça de reposição não estava pronta em justificativa disse que eu avisei em cima da hora, sendo que eu havia solicitado reparo do dia 3/2/22, e por volta do dia 14/2/22 a 15/2/22 havia enviado mensagem informando que até o momento não havia descolado mais nada apenas o que foi sinalizado no início da conversa.
