Pra começar 3 meses para iniciar a montagem, profissionais sem experiência alguma, móveis com os cantos todos lascados e totalmente desalinhados, com 1 mês as portas se soltaram pelo fato de existir furos demasiado que os "profissionais " fizeram para ajustes das mesmas, por diversas vezes tentei um acordo para fosse solucionado o problema mas infelizmente não compareciam na data marcada, por fim tiveram a cara de pau de mandar eu procurar meus direitos.
Infelizmente tive que pagar um profissional para fazer um serviço de qualidade.
ARTDAKA consideração nenhuma com cliente!
Only facade !!! I was unfortunate enough to purchase services from this joinery! To start 3 months to start the assembly, professionals with no experience, furniture with the corners all chipped and totally misaligned, with 1 month the doors loosened due to the fact that there are too many holes that the "professionals" made to adjust them, for several reasons. I sometimes tried to reach an agreement to solve the problem but unfortunately they did not show up on the scheduled date, finally they had the nerve to tell me to look for my rights.
Unfortunately, I had to pay a professional to do a quality service.
ARTDAKA no consideration with customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pre venda foi muito bom. A montagem nem tanto. Os móveis da casa inteira foram instalados. A estrutura de segurar as gavetas é muito frágil para gavetas de 90cm. As tampas de parafusos saem com facilidade pois são adesivas. As portas de correr ficaram sem o stop.
Há pendências de montagem, fechamento e ajustes que precisam ser feitos.
Dá tanto trabalho falar com a empresa que desisti. Vou arrumar eu mesmo.
Não recomendo.
The pre-sales service was very good. Assembly not so much. The entire house furniture was installed. The structure of holding the drawers is very fragile for 90cm drawers. Screw caps come off easily as they are adhesive. The sliding doors were left without the stop.
There are pending assembly, closing and adjustments that need to be made.
It's so much work talking to the company that I gave up. I'll fix it myself.
I do not recommend.
