Outra coisa, eles raramente entregam no horário combinado, dizem "venha buscar tal hora" quando você chega lá, não ta pronto. A atendente pede pra você esperar e diz que vai ser rapidinho, nisso se passa 40 min/1 hora... Eu pensei que fosse uma situação atípica, mas isso já aconteceu comigo 3x na loja do shopping, é um descaso com o cliente!
Good quality products but terrible service, take hours to answer on Whatsapp, if you need something urgently, do not hire! Another thing, they rarely deliver on time, say "come get that time" when you get there, not ready. The attendant asks you to wait and says it will be quickly, it takes 40 min / 1 hour ... I thought it was an atypical situation, but this has happened to me 3x in the mall store, is a neglect with the customer!
