Porém, um ponto negativo que costuma repercutir muito é a falta de canal de atendimento virtual. Eles fornecem um número para contato através de aplicativos de mensagem, mas não colocam funcionários pra olhar o que está sendo dito, ou o reponder o que foi perguntado. A própria funcionária acabou comentando que eles atendem online, mas dão preferência pra quem está lá. É compreensível? Sim! Mas em um mundo cada vez mais virtual, não acompanhar esse movimento pode atrapalhar um pouco os negócios. Se você procura boa relação custo/benefício, e não se importa de ir até o local várias vezes para ter seu produto, essa gráfica pode te atender muito bem. Mas se procura atendimento virtual e praticidade, pode se sentir desassistido.

A impressão que deu é que não precisavam de mim como cliente, experiência ruim nada profissional.
I've been better served but I don't know why the last time they responded badly to the messages, I asked a simple question if they did the service I need, it took them a long time to answer, they rolled it up, to repeat it three times and that was it.
