Os técnicos foram na casa minha mae fazer o serviço de conversão. Ao finalizar, digitaram valor superior ao orçado na máquina de cartão. Minha mãe é idosa e nao conferiu o valor antes de por a senha. Entramos em contato com a empresa por telefone e Whatsapp , falei com a atendente Giovana que informpu que até o final do dia 17/11/2020 entraria em contato para fazer a devolução do valor. Resultado: bloquearam nossos números, nao respondem mais as mensagem e nao fizeram a devolução!

I do not recommend!
The technicians went to my mother's house to do the conversion service. At the end, they entered a value higher than budgeted at the card machine. My mother is elderly and did not check the amount before entering the password. We contacted the company by phone and Whatsapp, I spoke with the attendant Giovana who informed that by the end of 11/17/2020 he would be in contact to make the return of the amount. Result: they blocked our numbers, no longer responded to messages and did not return them!
