Eles falam que vão dar um retorno e não dão, falam que vão passar orçamento e não passam, falam que vão agendar uma visita e não agendam. O proprietário deveria fazer um treinamento com a equipe de atendimento. Conclusão: gostaria de fechar com eles, mas desisti.

Precisei fazer o basculante em outra empresa, que ao contrário da Art Glória executou o serviço em um prazo menor, por um valor menor e com toda atenção nas medidas.
Simplesmente, muito cuidado na contratação de serviços com essa empresa Art Gloria...

Comprei em espécie (2000 mil reais), uma porta de sala com vidro canelado; a mesma foi entregue com vidro liso e a dona do estabelecimento se recusa a trocar o vidro. Ressalto, ainda, que o estabelecimento supracitado não emite nota fiscal. Cansado de telefonar várias vezes, em vão, resolvi dar esse depoimento, pois a dona da serralheria me disse que podia chamar a polícia, o Procon e a TV, que ela não iria resolver meu problema. Péssimo atendimento, desorganizado, não cumpre prazos e entregam os produtos em desacordo com o pedido do cliente. Muito triste haver comerciantes assim.

da tarde pela Serraleria Art Glória, o meu box de vidro temperado.O funcionário que colocou pediu que não podia mexer por algumas horas.
Tenho testemunha que o prédio, estava sem água por motivo de obras. A noite é que o meu filho viu que o vidro tinha arranhões na Parte de cima e em embaixo. A porta não está encaixando na parte de baixo. Fiz a queixa e ela disse ser impossível que tenha saído da loja arranhado, Dois funcionário vieram a mando dela dela é não resolve nada.
