★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço prestado o acabamento é pifio mau acabado com lascas na pedra sem brilho com diferença de largura na testeira do balcão manchado,e quando reclamamos disseram para eu limpar com palha de aço porém não resolveu paguei à Vista joguei dinheiro fora porque o atendimento antes do pagamento é um e depois é outro não recomendo à ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agiram de má fé comigo e com meu marido, fizeram um serviço que não atendeu nossas necessidades, no dia de receber foram em minha casa (depois de 3 meses de ligações) dizendo que concertariam receberam e não voltaram mais. Não indico os mesmos para ninguém.

Trabalho no comércio e tenho como filosofia que se você pode atender o cliente deve fazê-lo com o máximo de empenho, agora caso você não possa atender o melhor a fazer é deixar o cliente ciente dessa situação. Estou aguardando um posicionamento desta empresa há quase um mês acerca de um serviço, ligo e eles marcam e não cumprem. Se tiverem a opção procurem outro local, Não recomendo!

Não teria como ter escolhido pior .
Se fosse descrever o quanto insatisfeito fiquei escreveria uma página .
A saber , tive que pagar outra pessoa pra finalizar o serviço de acabamento E finalizar a instalação previamente acordada.
Enfim não tive sorte e não indico jamais.

Liguei para agendar um orçamento as 17:30h em minha casa, sai do meu serviço mais cedo para não correr o risco de atrasar. Deu 17:30h nada, 17:40 nada, liguei as 17:50h a atendente disse que a pessoa responsável já estava a caminho. Tudo bem, esperei mais um pouco.
As 18:50h liguei novamente, um senhor atendeu e o questionei sobre o orçamento que havia marcado. Ele desculpou-se e disse que houve um imprevisto. Se não poderíamos marcar no outro dia pela manhã.
Descaso com os clientes! Se fosse uma empresa séria teriam pelo menos a decência de ligar, dar uma satisfação e remarcar a visita. Eu trabalho o dia todo, meus horários são contados. Sei que imprevistos acontecem, mas não ter compromisso e nao dar importancia a um cliente que solicita um serviço é inaceitável.
Espero que a empresa tome uma posição, e não repita a situação com os demais clientes. Se é que conseguem algum.

I called to schedule a budget at 5:30 pm at my house, get out of my service early so as not to risk being late. Gave 17: 30h nothing, 17:40 nothing, I called at 17: 50h the attendant said the person in charge was already on her way. Alright, I waited a little longer.
At 6:50 pm I called again, a gentleman answered and questioned him about the budget he had set. He apologized and said there was an unforeseen event. If we could not schedule the other day in the morning.
Disregard for customers! If it were a serious company they would at least have the decency to call, give a satisfaction and reschedule the visit. I work all day, my schedules are counted. I know that unforeseen events happen, but not having commitment and not giving importance to a customer requesting a service is unacceptable.
I hope the company will take a stand and not repeat the situation with the other customers. If they can get any.
