★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustante, ligamos pra saber do produto não tinha o tamanho desejado ia chegar .Uma semana p esperar, depois de uma semana chegando lá ainda não tinha, anotou meu contato e fui informada que mais uma semana p chegar, não me deram retorno, qdo liguei para saber já não teria mais a pronta entrega eu teria que fazer encomenda e esperar 15 dias, fiz a encomenda, agora a máquina tava sem peça e tenho que esperar, e se questionar eles falam não posso fazer nada...sim pasmem é um uniforme escolar, até agora esperando, as escolas têm que dividir essa venda e não deixar nas mãos de uma só empresa pq ficamos assim sem saída... Falta profissionalismo!!
Frustrated, we called to know the product was not the desired size would arrive. A week p wait, after a week getting there still had not, noted my contact and I was informed that another week p arrive, they did not give me feedback, when I called to find out I would no longer have prompt delivery I would have to place an order and wait 15 days, I placed the order, now the machine was without a part and I have to wait, and if you question them they say I can't do anything ... yes they are amazing school uniform, waiting until now, schools have to share this sale and not leave it in the hands of a single company because we are left with no way out ... Lack of professionalism !!
