★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... meu primeiro contato com o estabelecimento, solicitei que realizassem a entrega na minha residência e enquanto tirava minhas dúvidas pelo Whatsapp da empresa me deixaram falando sozinha por diversas vezes, não respondiam minhas perguntas referente aos sabores, fiquei por 1 hora tentando conversar e tirar as dúvidas e "eles" somente visualizavam as mensagens e não respondiam, perguntei depois de muita insistência se ele entregam na minha residência e do nada falaram que sim... Isso foi um completo descaso com o cliente de primeira viajem pois estava somente querendo saber sobre os lanches os tamanhos e me ignoraram, qualifico como PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, perderam uma cliente.... E essa única estrela é pelo péssimo atendimento de vcs..
Terrible service... my first contact with the establishment, I asked them to deliver it to my home and while I answered my questions on the company's Whatsapp, they left me talking to myself several times, they didn't answer my questions regarding the flavors, I spent 1 hour trying talk and clear up doubts and "they" only viewed the messages and did not reply, I asked after much insistence if they would deliver it to my home and out of nowhere they said yes... This was complete disregard for the first-time customer because it was just wanting to know about the snacks and sizes and they ignored me, I qualify as POOR SERVICE, they lost a client.... And this only star is for the poor service from you guys..
