★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma piscina com o Luiz Antônio no dia 22/12/2018 diretamente na loja Art Piscina na Rodovia Bunjiro Nakao Km 46,5. Com o prazo de entrega de 60 dias. Porém não foi assim que aconteceu, toda semana era uma desculpa diferente, para começar não recebemos nenhum contrato apenas um pedido, não recebemos garantia do produto específicado. A casa de máquinas foi instalado totalmente irregular, serviço de qualquer jeito sem nenhum capricho. Até hoje dia 23/06/2019 a piscina não está totalmente pronta falta os detalhes prometidos e pago e não foi feito, não recebemos orientação devida para o manuseio da casa de máquinas. Não recomendo.
We bought a pool with Luiz Antonio on 12/22/2018 directly at the Art Pool store on Bunjiro Nakao Km 46.5. With the delivery time of 60 days. But that was not how it happened, every week was a different excuse, to begin with we received no contract just an order, we received no guarantee of the product specified. The engine room was installed totally uneven, service anyhow without any fancy. Until today 06/23/2019 the pool is not fully ready missing the details promised and paid and was not done, we did not receive proper guidance for the handling of the engine room. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a bomba e o filtro da minha piscina com o Luiz ha mais de um mês e ele ficou de aparecer para instalar a bomba. Na primeira vez ele disse que a casa de máquina estava errada e que seria bom refazer. Paramos a obra pra resolver a casa e em 3 dias estava pronta pra ele retornar. Porém ele nunca cumpre o que promete. Passa uma data e não aparece, não da satisfação e quando a gente liga cobrando ele inventa mil desculpas, fala que tá instalando outras piscinas e promete aparecer em outra data e isso se repete. Sempre tem outras piscinas pra instalar e a minha nada. Entendo que ele tem outros compromissos. Mas na hora de vender é tudo uma maravilha e depois que pagamos a conversa muda e ele não faz mais a minima questão. Pesquisei muito antes de fechar e fechar com ele me traz um sentimento de frustração. Muito enrolado! Não recomendo!
I bought the pump and filter from my pool with Luiz over a month ago and he just showed up to install the pump. The first time he said that the engine room was wrong and that it would be good to redo. We stopped the work to solve the house and in 3 days was ready for him to return. But he never delivers what he promises. Passes a date and does not appear, not satisfaction and when we call charging he makes a thousand excuses, says he is installing other pools and promises to appear on another date and this is repeated. There are always other pools to install and my nothing. I understand that he has other commitments. But when it comes to selling it's all a wonder and once we pay the conversation changes and he doesn't care about it anymore. Researching long before closing and closing with it brings me a feeling of frustration. Very tangled! I do not recommend!
