Como sou empresário, esse tipo de coisa conta muito para mim pois eu
sempre trato muito bem as pessoas e gostaria de ser bem tratado tbm mas ñ foi o caso.
Não recomendo essa empresa. Acabei fechando um serviço e atendimento excelentes na gráfica GODO.

I've tried calling the place hundreds of times and never been answered. They served me with the least professionalism, they do not treat me in a cordial way or delicacy in the words chosen to pass a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta profissionalismo, fiz o orçamento pelo WhatsApp, efetuei o pagamento via pix, fui retirar o material na data e horário combinado e simplesmente não tinham feito, e de forma debochada a Vanessa (funcionária) avisou-me que não ficaria pronto até o fechamento da loja... pedi para cancelar a solicitação, e também o ressarcimento do valor que havia sido pago, e ela disse que possivelmente não poderia devolver... deixei claro que sim devolveriam por ser o mínimo e correto a ser feito, depois de muuuita espera devolveram o valor e com deboche me agradeceram... sem duvidas falta muuuuito profissionalismo mesmo!!!
There is a lack of professionalism, I made the budget through WhatsApp, made the payment via pix, I went to pick up the material on the agreed date and time and they simply hadn't done it, and in a mocking way Vanessa (employee) warned me that it wouldn't be ready until the closing of the store... I asked to cancel the request, and also to refund the amount that had been paid, and she said that she could not possibly return it... I made it clear that they would return it because it was the minimum and correct thing to do, after a lot of wait they returned the value and with debauchery thanked me... without a doubt there is a lack of professionalism indeed!!!
