As pedras estão todas cortadas erradas, com a metragem totalmente diferente do que solicitei e esta descriminado na nota. Não indico para ninguém, oodono foi totalmente grosseira ao ser confrontado e me desacatou dentro da minha casa.
Attention pessimo, without commitment to the client, without any respect, did not comply with what was hired. The stones are all cut wrong, with the footage totally different from what I requested and this is described in the note. I do not tell anyone, the oodono was totally rude to be confronted and he insulted me inside my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo telefone, entrei em contato para saber somente o valor de uma pedra e uma mulher me atendeu cheio de ignorância falando q só passa preço pessoalmente. Ué, então pra que tem telefone? Nunca vi isso, ainda bem que não comprei e nem irei comprar neste local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava a procura de uma pedra com 15cm de largura e algumas marmorarias não tem a pronta entrega, por isso liguei, ao invés de gastar combustível indo de uma a uma. Liguei para algumas, dentre elas, a ART STONE, o senhor me atendeu com o som alto (música), informei as medidas, tipo de pedra e ele sequer conseguia me entender, pedindo para que eu falasse mais alto e repetisse (4 vezes). Em seguida baixou um pouco o som, repeti as medidas e ele disse o valor, informei que seriam duas e se teria desconto, ele me respondeu dizendo que duas seria o valor de uma multiplicado por 2, reforcei ao irônico que seria em dinheiro, o mesmo disse que teria desconto mas que deveria ser tratado na loja, pois ele não gosta de passar valor por telefone e que hoje ele só me passou porque "EU DEI SORTE E ELE ESTÁ DE BOA", tudo isso em um tom grosseiro e petulante, como se eu estivesse pedindo favor. Totalmente despreparado para lidar com o público. Dentre outras lojas, essa foi a mais barata que encontrei, no entanto, devido ao tratamento, não comprei com eles e preferi pagar mais caro a quem realmente precisa.
NÃO RECOMENTO ESSA LOJA A NINGUÉM!!
SE NÃO GOSTA DE ATENDIMENTO TELEFÔNICO, CANCELA A LINHA OU NÃO ATENDE, CURTE A MÚSICA QUANDO LIGAREM.
I was looking for a 15cm wide stone and some marbles do not have prompt delivery, so I called instead of wasting fuel going one by one. I called some, including ART STONE, you answered me with the loud sound (music), I informed the measurements, type of stone and he could not even understand me, asking me to speak louder and repeat (4 times) . Then I lowered the sound a little, I repeated the measurements and he said the value, I informed me that there would be two and if there would be a discount, he replied saying that two would be the value of one multiplied by 2, I reinforced the ironic that it would be in cash, the he even said that he would have a discount but that it should be dealt with at the store, as he doesn't like to spend money over the phone and that today he only gave it to me because "I GOT LUCK AND HE IS GOOD", all this in a rude and petulant tone, as if I was asking for a favor. Totally unprepared to deal with the public. Among other stores, this was the cheapest I found, however, due to the treatment, I did not buy from them and preferred to pay more to those who really need it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!
IF YOU DON'T LIKE PHONE SERVICE, CANCEL THE LINE, OR DON'T ANSWER, ENJOY THE MUSIC WHEN THEY CALL.
