★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 2 anos fizemos um projeto com essa empresa, foram móveis planejados para casa toda. Quando foi entregue, ficamos encantados, eles são ótimos para vender. Ao longo do tempo tivemos problema na cozinha onde o armário era menor que do que espaço combinado, a tv do quarto de casal é embutida atrás do espelho e o controle da tv não funciona de forma alguma. Para finalizar um dos painéis a caixa de cabo ficou do lado de dentro do painel e quando fomos solicitar uma solução eles informaram que os clientes que escolhem se os cabos ficam dentro do painel ou não. Porém não tem como passar cabo da internet, antena e nada mais.
Ou seja é uma empresa que te entrega o produto, são ótimos para venda. Mas atenção 0 com cliente após a entrega. Péssimos para manutenção, quando fazem cobram um absurdo.
2 years ago we did a project with this company, furniture was planned for the whole house. When it was delivered, we were delighted, they are great to sell. Over time we had a problem in the kitchen where the cupboard was smaller than the combined space, the TV in the double bedroom is built in behind the mirror and the TV control doesn't work at all. To finish one of the panels, the cable box was on the inside of the panel and when we went to request a solution they informed customers that they choose whether the cables are inside the panel or not. However, there is no way to pass internet cable, antenna and nothing else.
In other words, it is a company that delivers the product, they are great for sale. But attention 0 with customer after delivery. Bad for maintenance, when they do charge absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Artevisa fez um projeto errado, não fazendo a entrada para a central de comunicação que fica atrás de um painel. Quando solicitei o reparo eles ficaram me enrolando e ao final queriam me cobrar um dinheirão para corrigir o erro de projeto deles. Ou seja, não recomendo o serviço dessa empresa.
Artevisa made a wrong project, not making the entrance to the communication center that is behind a panel. When I asked for the repair, they kept rolling me over and in the end they wanted to charge me a lot of money to correct their design error. In other words, I do not recommend the service of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltava apenas o armário de cozinha para terminar de realizar o sonho da nossa casa, para então casarmos e a Art Visa desenvolveu o projeto perfeito, inclusive com portas que possuem amortecedores, evitando que batam. Recomendo.
We only needed the kitchen cupboard to finish making our home dream come true, so we could get married and Art Visa developed the perfect project, including doors with shock absorbers, preventing them from slamming. I recommend.
