Comprei um sofá na Boulevard Decor, no valor de RS 7000,00, da fábrica ArtBel. Com menos de 3 meses de uso, o sofá já apresentou ´bolinhas´, demonstrando aspecto de velho e danificado. Só não apresentou em todo o tecido, pois estava usando um xale sobre ele. A parte que ficou sem o xale, ficou danificada. Entrei em contato com a loja. Enviaram um representante da fábrica. A fábrica ArtBel se isentou de culpa, alegando que foi realizada impermeabilização após sair da fábrica. A impermeabilização foi realizada pela própria loja Boulevard Decor. A loja também se isentou de culpa.
Sinto-me extremamente lesada, já que tanto a loja, quanto a empresa não se responsabilizaram pelo fato.
Só não dou zero estrelas, pois a plataforma não permite.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FACTORY!
I bought a sofa on Boulevard Decor, worth RS 7000.00, from the ArtBel factory. With less than 3 months of use, the sofa has already presented 'balls', showing an old and damaged appearance. It just didn't feature across the fabric as it was wearing a shawl over it. The part that was left without the shawl was damaged. I contacted the store. They sent a factory representative. The ArtBel factory exonerated itself of blame, claiming that waterproofing was carried out after leaving the factory. The waterproofing was carried out by the Boulevard Decor store itself. The store also disclaimed blame.
I feel extremely harmed, since both the store and the company were not responsible for the fact.
I just don't give zero stars, because the platform doesn't allow it.
