Levei o meu carro que estava com um alto consumo se combustível e ele conseguiu resolver o problema, houve outro imprevisto com o meu carro e ele foi super honesto , me explicou tudo oq estava acontecendo e solicionou esse problema também. Uma Oficina bem organizada, todos me cumprimentaram. É um ambiente que passa confiança e a partir de então, me tornei cliente e vou indicar para familiares e amigos que precisarem resolver os problemas dos seus veículos. Desde já agradeço a equipe e em específico ao Vinícius pelo ótimo atendimento e um dos fatores que não deixam de ser importantes e que faltam em muitas oficinas mecânicas que é a HONESTIDADE!
I want to record here my satisfaction with Artcar Oficina Mecânica, specifically Vinícius who gave me the most attention that a client would like to have. I took my car that had a high fuel consumption and it managed to solve the problem, there was another problem with my car and he was super honest, explained everything that was going on and solved this problem too. A well-organized workshop, everyone greeted me. It is an environment that gives confidence and from then on, I became a customer and I will recommend to family and friends who need to solve their vehicle problems. From now on, I thank the team and specifically Vinícius for the excellent service and one of the factors that are still important and that is lacking in many mechanic workshops is HONESTY!
