SEM CONTAR NA DEMORA DO ENVIO DOS TÉCNICOS, O ATENDIMENTO DEMORADO COMO JÁ CITEI.
AS IMPRESSORAS SÃO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE SÓ VIVEM DANDO PROBLEMAS.
MUITO TRISTE PARA CLIENTES QUE NÃO ATRASAM UM PAGAMENTO.
GREAT SERVICE, THEY CHARGE MORE IMPRESSIONS, WE NEVER ISSUED A FAX AND THEY CHARGE US 509 FAXS THIS IS WRONG, WE ARE PAYING FOR WHAT WE DO NOT USE.
WITHOUT COUNTING IN THE DELAY OF THE SENDING OF THE TECHNICIANS, THE DELAYED SERVICE AS I HAVE QUOTE.
THE PRINTERS ARE OF VERY QUALITY ONLY LIVING WITH PROBLEMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado e desorganizado. Fui por ser perto da minha casa e me arrependi. Infelizmente, usei o cartucho poucas vezes e já não funcionou mais, coisa q não acontecia qnd levava a outra loja mais longe. A desorganização é o ponto mais saliente, marcamos um horário e ainda temos que esperar muito para sermos atendidos. A menina analisou os cartuchos e disse que estavam ok, qnd voltei ela disse que só um havia prestado, senti descaso.
Long and disorganized service. I went to be close to my house and I regretted it. Unfortunately, I used the cartridge a few times and it did not work anymore, something that did not happen that led to another store farther away. The clutter is the most salient point, we set a schedule and we still have to wait a long time to be served. The girl analyzed the cartridges and said they were ok, qnd I came back she said that only one had lent, I felt neglect.

PARA FAZER QUALQUER SERVIÇO É UMA BUROCRACIA. VEM UMA PESSOA PARA DEIXAR A IMPRESSORA, 3 DIAS DEPOIS VEM UMA PESSOA PARA INSTALAR, E AINDA DÁ PROBLEMA. SÓ NÃO CANCELO PORQUE NÃO SOU EU QUE PAGO. MAS O SERVIÇO É PÉSSIMO.
WORST REMOTE STORE, A LACK OF RESPECT WITH CUSTOMERS, I'VE BEEN ASKING TO CHANGE A PART IN THE PRINTER FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND IT'S A LITTER EVERY TIME. TO DO ANY SERVICE IS A BUREAUCRACY. A PERSON COMES TO LEAVE THE PRINTER, 3 DAYS LATER A PERSON COMES TO INSTALL, AND THERE'S STILL PROBLEM. I JUST DON'T CANCEL BECAUSE I'M NOT PAYING. BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
