★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos a compra de uma cortina com blackout em dezembro de 2019, antes de um ano (período da garantia) o tecido blackout começou a deteriorar soltando uma espécie de pó branco. Em razão da gravidez de risco da minha esposa, não nos atentamos a buscar o troca do produto no período da garantia, e quando procuramos a Arte Center, somente dois meses depois da garantia, a empresa recusou-se a realizar a trocar do produto.
Temos consciência de que o prazo expirou, entretanto sabemos que o produto deteriorou-se antes de um ano, sem que sequer houvesse lavagem.
A cortina foi um produto de valor alto e esperávamos maior empenho por parte da empresa no pós venda de seus produtos.
Por estas razões avaliamos a empresa com 01 estrela.
We purchased a blackout curtain in December 2019, before a year (warranty period) the blackout fabric started to deteriorate, releasing a kind of white powder. Due to the risky pregnancy of my wife, we did not attempt to exchange the product during the warranty period, and when we looked for the Arte Center, only two months after the warranty, the company refused to exchange the product.
We are aware that the deadline has expired, however we know that the product deteriorated before one year, without even washing it.
The curtain was a high-value product and we expected greater commitment from the company in the after sales of its products.
For these reasons, we evaluate the company with 01 star.
