Não entregou o serviço no prazo combinado e ainda por cima não ligou para avisar atrasaria a entrega, muito menos pra informar que dia seria entregue. Me deixou super preocupada, pois era um vestido de festa que usaria naquela semana em outra cidade..... E o pior, fez o serviço mal feito, costuras tortas e sem acabamento, tanto que descosturou na primeira usada, além de ter vindo sem uma das alças de vestido pra pendurar no cabide. Ja mandei varias roupas pra arrumar la é sempre foram boas. Mas já é a segunda vez que isso acontece comigo, tanto de atrasar e não avisar, quanto de serviço mal feito. Da primeira vez achei que tinha sido algum imprevisto, mas vejo que o serviço piorou muito. Nunca mais mando arrumar alguma coisa la.
 Total lack of commitment and respect with the client. He did not deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, and he did not call to let the delivery delay, let alone inform him what day it would be delivered. It made me very worried, because it was a party dress that I would wear that week in another city ..... And worse, it made the service poorly done, crooked and unfinished seams, so much that it unclogged in the first one used, besides having come without one of the dress straps to hang on the hanger. I already sent several clothes to pack it and it was always good. But it is the second time that this happens to me, both delaying and not warning, and poor service. The first time I thought it had been unforeseen, but I see that the service has worsened a lot. I never order anything again.
