Só tive alguns problemas com horários, por duas vezes tinha um horário marcado e tive que adiar (uma delas inclusive eu já estava na porta do estabelecimento) pois o profissional passou um paciente na minha frente. Até questionei se o espaço funcionava como pronto socorro já que tinha horário marcado. Caso fosse algo rápido nem ligaria, mas cada tratamento é mais de uma hora e esperar num bar de esquina (o local não conta com sala de espera) não iria rolar. Se não fosse por esses incidentes, além de voltar, daria mais estrelas.
Edit: As sessões de aurículo e o pagamento "fiado" foram de total aprovação do proprietário, ambas já discutidas e quitadas antes de um dos incidentes de horário.
Great massage therapist, nice structure and good methods. I only had some problems with schedules, twice had a scheduled time and had to postpone (one of them I was already at the door of the establishment) because the professional passed a patient in front of me. I even wondered if the space worked as a first aid since it had schedule. If it was a quick thing, it would not even work, but every treatment is over an hour and waiting at a corner bar (the place does not have a waiting room) would not roll. If it were not for these incidents, besides coming back, it would give more stars.
Edit: Atrium sessions and the "wire" payment were entirely approved by the owner, both already discussed and removed before one of the time incidents.
