★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente você só consegue contato com alguém do flat depois das 10 da manhã, se vc chegar às 2 da manhã tem que esperar até as 10 para falar com alguém, chuveiro não esquentou nem um dia, só aceita pix ou dinheiro, você relata o problema para o dono e ele finge de bobo e sai andando, fala que tem piscina mas é de plástico, pelo preço da pra achar muita coisa melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Te vendem um lugar com vários utilidades e não tem. Falei com o proprietário e ele me disse que sou o único que reclamou. Reclamei por li todo o anúncio e não me foi dado nada daquilo. Chuveiro dando choque elétrico mesmo desligado a água, a solução deles foi desligar a tomada ao invés de consertar. Ar condicionado sujo por fora e os filtros, a alegação do proprietário era que só tinha 2 meses de uso, imagina quando ele vai limpar aquilo, esquece ele que estamos em uma pandemia, se alguém estivesse infectado dentro do quarto antes de mim, ele passaria o vírus para mim e minha família. Pia da cozinha completamente entupida, não tem nem o básico da cozinha pois falta itens para os viajantes. Realmente de mais de 200 lugares que já fiquei esse foi bem ruim. Sem falar que diz ter uma piscina, realmente tem de plástico coma metade da água e essa metade imunda. Fora outros problemas que não vou relatar. Só um aviso. Leiam toda a descrição antes de alugar e façam prevalecer os seus direitos é muito importante.

Shower giving an electric shock even when the water was turned off, their solution was to turn off the outlet instead of fixing it. Dirty air conditioning outside and filters, the owner's claim was that it only had 2 months of use, imagine when he's going to clean it, he forgets we're in a pandemic, if someone was infected in the room before me, he would pass the virus for me and my family. Kitchen sink completely clogged, it doesn't even have the basics of the kitchen as it lacks items for travelers. Really out of more than 200 places I've stayed this one was pretty bad. Not to mention that it says it has a swimming pool, it really has plastic to eat half the water and that half is filthy. Apart from other problems that I will not report. Just a warning. Read the entire description before renting and enforce your rights is very important.
