★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntei se tinha bobó (que era presente na página do instagram) a atendente n soube responder, pedi pra verificar, disse que tinha. Perguntei o preço, "não sei". Bom , se não sabe de nada então prefiro não saber tbm, fui embora.

I had not a pleasant experience. I asked an executive at the restaurant, and the food arrived at my table extremely cold, even frozen meatballs. I asked to be "heated" and not something less so, did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentava o restaurante há anos, inclusive durante o pico da pandemia mantive o hábito, mesmo sendo apenas para a retirada no balcão, pois o estabelecimento é próximo ao meu escritório.
Pois bem! Hoje fiz o de costume, no entanto, achei que o feijão estava com cheiro suspeito, chamei uma atendente para confirmar e a mesma, cordialmente, solicitou que eu fizesse outro prato, porque o feijão realmente estava azedo. Neste meio tempo outra funcionária retirou o feijão do balcão e eu segui para fazer um novo prato.
Eis que escuto gritos vindo de dentro do que parecia um bar, próximo ao buffet.
O sujeito estava alterado dizendo que o feijão não estava azedo. Não se deu ao trabalho de cheirar para ter certeza, dizia que comprou no dia anterior, tinha convicção disso e pronto. Como se alguém quisesse tirar vantagem de uma situação por causa de $30 de uma refeição. Vale ressaltar que a refeição não foi consumida, eu senti o cheiro da primeira vez que levei o garfo à boca.
Sempre fui muito bem atendido por todos, mas não retornarei jamais a este lugar e espero que o tal sujeito, se não for o dono, seja ao menos repreendido. Se for o dono, sinto muito mesmo por seus funcionários.
Talvez uma visita da Vigilância Sanitária fizesse bem para acalma-lo.
I frequented the restaurant for years, even during the peak of the pandemic I kept the habit, even if it was only for withdrawal at the counter, as the establishment is close to my office.
Well then! Today I did the usual, however, I thought the beans had a suspicious smell, I called an attendant to confirm and she cordially asked me to make another dish, because the beans were really sour. In the meantime another employee took the beans from the counter and I went on to make a new dish.
Then I hear screams coming from inside what looked like a bar, next to the buffet.
The guy was upset saying the beans weren't sour. He didn't bother to smell it to be sure, he said he bought it the day before, he was convinced of it and that was it. Like someone wants to take advantage of a situation for $30 off a meal. It is worth mentioning that the meal was not consumed, I smelled it the first time I took the fork to my mouth.
I have always been very well attended by everyone, but I will never return to this place and I hope that this guy, if he is not the owner, will at least be reprimanded. If you're the owner, I'm really sorry for your employees.
Maybe a visit from the Health Surveillance would do some good to calm him down.
