★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 10 dias SÓ PRA AGENDAR A VISITA PARA MEDIÇÃO! falaram que iam vir umas 3 x, até hoje não apareceram. E o cliente (eu) separa o horário, deixa de fazer seus compromissos , para o profissional não dar de cara na porta e ele não aparece ..e nem dá sinal de vida ou satisfação! e isso mais de uma vez..surreal.
Sinceramente NÃO RECOMENDO, PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE TIVE COM ATENDIMENTO. Muito descaso e falta de profissionalismo.
Nunca mais solicito nada a esta empresa.
More than 10 days ONLY TO SCHEDULE THE MEASUREMENT VISIT! they said they were going to come 3 times, until today they did not appear. And the client (me) separates the schedule, stops making his commitments, so the professional does not come face to face at the door and he does not appear ... and does not even show signs of life or satisfaction! and this more than once..surreal.
Sincerely, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. Much neglect and lack of professionalism.
I never request anything from this company again.

A gente pede para faltar de serviço para acompanhar a visita. Ligamos as 14:00 e ainda fomos maltratados. Fala que está estressado e desconta na gente. Me desculpa mas estou decepcionado com a empresa. Não recomendo
