★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os armários foram instalados nos dias 19 e 20/07/2017, porém, no dia 21/07/2017 o armário superior da pia caiu, despencou, se desfez. Desde então, por email, pois nenhuma pessoa da empresa Arte Móveis Planejados e Marcenaria Ltda teve coragem de falar comigo por telefone, os senhores já marcaram, sem me consultar se eu poderia recebê-los três vezes para virem a minha residência repor o armário.
Enviaram um email dizendo que viriam dia 28/06 e não apareceram e nem me avisaram que não viriam.
Depois marcaram, por email, sem me perguntarem se eu estaria em casa, para o dia 1º de julho de 2017, e, novamente não vieram e nem me deram uma satisfação.
Depois marcaram, novamente por email, para hoje, dia 02/07/2017 e até agora, 16h, não apareceram.
O senhor Willian não atende minhas ligações em seu celular.
 The cabinets were installed on 19 and 20/07/2017, however, on 7/21/2017 the upper sink cabinet fell, collapsed, fell apart. Since then, by email, since no person from the company Arte Móveis Planosados e Marcenaria Ltda had the courage to speak to me by phone, you have already arranged, without asking me if I could receive them three times to come to my residence to replace the closet.
They sent an email saying they would come on June 28th and they didn't show up and they didn't even warn me they wouldn't come.
Then they made an appointment, via email, without asking me if I would be at home, for July 1, 2017, and, again, they didn't come or give me any satisfaction.
Then they scheduled, again by email, for today, 02/07/2017 and until now, 16h, have not appeared.
Mr. Willian does not answer my calls on his cell phone.
