★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Marquei a consulta para 08h. Me atrasei 20 minutos pois o endereço da clínica no app do plano estava desatualizado.
Passaram-se 2 horas e eu ainda não fui atendida. Uma pessoa chegou praticamente uma hora depois de mim e foi atendido pela mesma médica.
Tive que ir embora pois tinha um compromisso, falei que precisava ir e não tinha mais como esperar
I had a bad experience. I scheduled the appointment for 8 am. I was 20 minutes late because the clinic address in the plan app was out of date.
It's been 2 hours and I still haven't been answered. A person arrived almost an hour after me and was seen by the same doctor.
I had to leave because I had an appointment, I said I needed to go and I couldn't wait anymore

The Arte Odonto clinic leaves nothing to be desired! I've been many times to do restorations and cleanings, in all the procedures I did, I left very satisfied. I wouldn't trust my smile to anyone else, all my treatments are done by Dr. Roberta who carries out her work with great dedication and professionalism.
