Tentei pedir Marmitex 3 vezes, nas 3 vezes após mais de 2 horas de demora eu desisti.
Bad restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida é saborosa, porém a organização e higiene do restaurante deixa muito a desejar, mesmo com a pandemia os funcionários só alguns usam máscara e mesmo assim com o nariz de fora e os entregadores chegam sujos da rua sem máscara e ficam servindo marmita sem em lavarem as mãos

Sem contar quando esquecem de incluir itens na sua marmita.
Delayed delivery, they lie giving excuses that the order is on its way, sheer mistake.
Not to mention when they forget to include items in their lunchbox.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi meu almoço 11h da manhã e só chegou as 14h, quando chegou uma Marmitex veio faltando um item que pedi e a outra estava toda errada.ao que deu a entender não anotaram meu pedido e deram várias desculpas, uma que tava faltando pessoal, depois disseram que estava faltando churrasco, nessa do churrasco poderiam ter me oferecido outra carne. Ao que parece o lugar não tem uma gestão de delivery competente.Não é a primeira vez que passo por isso neste restaurante porém quis tentar novamente. Se por acaso não pode atender a demanda é mais bonito dizer que não dá pra entregar do que ficar dando desculpas esfarrapadas e deixando o cliente esperar, pois nesse meio período eu poderia pedir de outro lugar.
I ordered my lunch at 11 am and it only arrived at 2 pm, when a Marmitex arrived, an item I ordered was missing and the other was all wrong. they said that barbecue was missing, in that barbecue they could have offered me other meat. Apparently the place doesn't have competent delivery management. It's not the first time I've been in this restaurant, but I wanted to try again. If by chance you can't meet the demand, it's nicer to say you can't deliver than to keep making lame excuses and letting the customer wait, because in the meantime I could order from somewhere else.
