★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior viagem q já fiz ao longo dos meus 30 anos de viagens pelo Brasil, foi por essa empresa. Trecho de Sp até salvador, péssimo! Atraso de 4 horas na chegada, motorista desatento deixou a chave dentro do carro trancado, tivemos q nós juntar pra abrir a janela para poder entrar no bus, carro desconfortável, e ainda tive a minha mala danificada durante a viagem.... Péssimo!! Não recomendo.
 Worst trip I've ever taken in my 30 years of traveling around Brazil, was for this company. Excerpt from Sp to Salvador, terrible! Delay of 4 hours on arrival, inattentive driver left the key inside the car locked, we had to join together to open the window to get on the bus, car uncomfortable, and I even had my suitcase damaged during the trip.... Terrible! ! I do not recommend.

Fiz uma reserva ao meio dia, quando o ônibus chegou o motorista falou que estava lotado...
Mandou esperar o próximo disse que já estava vindo esperei 4 horas para embarcar no próximo....
Além de tudo cobrou um excesso de bagagem que ñ existia..vou processar a empresa por todo transtorno que passei uma humilhação.... Arte turismo nunca mais....
A garbage company bad-tempered employees, complain about everything....
I made a reservation at noon, when the bus arrived the driver said it was full...
He said to wait for the next one, said he was coming, I waited 4 hours to board the next one....
On top of that, he charged an excess of luggage that didn't exist..I'm going to sue the company for all the inconvenience that I went through a humiliation.... Art tourism never again....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma viagem de Alagoinhas para Belo Horizonte, o preço ficou acessível porem, na ida teve 1 hora de atraso, na Volta foi pior tive 2 hrs de atraso e fomos esquecidos no posto de embarque. Pra tirar o atraso, desembarcaram pessoas na BR, não entraram em rodoviárias e pagaram TAXI pras pessoas irem pra rodoviária da cidade. E os motoristas andaram um pouco a cima da velocidade, pra recuperar o tempo perdido.
Obs. Ao chegar o Ônibus não me pediram passagem nem emitiram a mesma, se tivesse algum bandido teria entrado, sem contar que não me deram nenhuma nota Fiscal.
*Sobre o ônibus e os profissionais
Uma Otima experiência, ônibus muito confortáveis.
Se você me perguntar se eu voltaria a fazer uma Viagem com a Arte Turismo? Eu respondo que volto sim! E tomaria a seguintes medidas.
1- Não compraria a Passagem por terceirizada( VBUSER), e sim na Rodoviária.
2- Levaria um lanchinho extra por que eles atrasam e acabam não fazendo as paradas previstas
3- Não beberia muito líquido, pra não urinar muitas vezes.
4- Não marcaria compromisso com horário de desembarque, por que eles podem atrasar.
RESUMINDO, eu viajaria novamente.
I took a trip from Alagoinhas to Belo Horizonte, the price was affordable, however, I was 1 hour late on the way back, I was 2 hours late on the return trip and we were forgotten at the departure point. To make up for the delay, people disembarked on the BR, did not enter bus stations and paid TAXI for people to go to the city's bus station. And the drivers walked a little faster, to make up for lost time.
Obs. When the bus arrived, they didn't ask me for a ticket, nor did they issue it, if there were any bandits they would have entered, not to mention that they didn't give me any invoice.
*About the bus and professionals
A great experience, very comfortable buses.
If you ask me if I would go back on a Trip with Arte Turismo? I answer back yes! And would take the following steps.
1- I would not buy the Ticket through a third party (VBUSER), but at the Bus Station.
2- It would take an extra snack because they are late and end up not making the planned stops
3- I wouldn't drink a lot of fluids, so as not to urinate too often.
4- I would not schedule an appointment with arrival time, because they may be late.
IN BRIEF, I would travel again.
