★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ter sido a primeira vez que realizei serviço de reposição de gás do ar-condicionado, fui prontamente muito bem atendido e instruído claramente do que se tratava o problema que apresentava. Indico e tornarei a visitá-los se necessário.

Demoraram muito para passar o orçamento (tive que ligar várias vezes), cobraram R$200 só pelo orçamento sendo que só avisaram isso depois e tentaram cobrar um valor bem mais caro por um compressor e condensador do que o valor cobrado pela própria Ford Contauto (cerca de 30% a mais). Em resumo, atendimento nada profissional.
I do not recommend. They took a long time to spend the budget (I had to call several times), they charged R $ 200 just for the budget and they only warned that later and tried to charge a much more expensive amount for a compressor and condenser than the amount charged by Ford Contauto itself (about 30% more). In short, unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, preço normal para o problema que tinha mas ficou incrível, meu clio 2003 agora tá gelando até no banco de trás sem colocar no máximo, não é qualquer técnico que consegue esse feito.
Good service, normal price for the problem I had but it was amazing, my 2003 clio is now freezing even in the back seat without putting the maximum, not just any technician can achieve this feat.

Me pediram 3 horas pra olhar o carro, fiz meus deslocamentos de Uber e quando voltei (na hora combinada) nada de diagnóstico. O vendedor só falou: ah deve ser o comando, vai dar entre 700 e 800,00...ou seja, fiquei andando de Uber a tarde inteira (quem tem um bebê sabe o trampo que é) pra nem me darem um diagnóstico. Perda de tempo e dinheiro
I thought the service was very much to be desired. I went with my young son to leave the car for a budget. I was asked for 3 hours to look at the car, I took my Uber trips and when I got back (at the agreed time), no diagnosis. The salesman just said: ah it must be the command, it will be between 700 and 800.00 ... that is, I was riding in an Uber all afternoon (who has a baby knows what it is) so they won't even give me a diagnosis. Waste of time and money
