★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato com esta empresa através do número de telefone disponível no site e no Google, já mandei 4 mensagens pelo whats solicitando um orçamento, visualizam e não respondem, se já não respondem o cliente quando quer comprar, imagina depois de fechado negócio. Lamentável.

Minha intenção não é prejudicar ninguém, mas já que disponibilizaram um canal de atendimento via whats, o mínimo a fazer é responder as mensagens.
Mandei mensagem solicitando orçamento de 6 grades, o Sr. José respondeu perguntando meu nome e respondi logo em seguida, após isso ninguém mais respondeu, nem se interessaram em perguntar medida, endereço, etc.
Depois mandei várias outras mensagens marcando a mensagem que já havia mandado e visualizavam e não respondiam, então quer dizer que o cliente tem que implorar para receber um orçamento?
Depois que fiz a avaliação aqui no site o sr. José entrou em contato reclamando da avaliação, engraçado, para perguntar sobre o orçamento não entrou em contato.
Atendimento péssimo

I sent a message requesting a budget for 6 grades, Mr. José responded by asking my name and I replied right away, after that no one else responded, nor were they interested in asking the measurement, address, etc.
Then I sent several other messages marking the message that I had already sent and they visualized and did not reply, so you mean that the customer has to beg to receive a quote?
After I made the assessment here on the website, mr. José got in touch complaining about the evaluation, funny, to ask about the budget, he didn't get in touch.
