The young lady who attends the counter deserves hugs for the way she attends. In 1907 the Company would have ceased its activities. In August 2019 I noticed the change of address as well as the direction of the Company. I didn't find the Young Lady I met years ago.

Meu pedido atrasou quase dois meses.
Não te dão satisfação alguma sobre o andamento do seu pedido. Você vai até a vidraçaria a atendente diz que vai perguntar ao dono e que depois vai te ligar para te dar uma satisfação, mas não liga!
Se você tiver prazo para entregar a obra, não compre com eles pois não vão cumprir o prazo.
Eles não tem imagens para lhe mostrar o modelo que você está comprando. Você tem que buscar a imagem na internet e perguntar se é assim que vai ficar.
Resumindo: Se comprar vai se aborrecer!
The service is terrible!
My order was delayed almost two months.
They do not give you any satisfaction about the progress of your order. You go to the glass shop, the attendant says she's going to ask the owner and then she's going to call you back to give you a satisfaction, but she doesn't call!
If you have a deadline to deliver the work, don't buy from them because they won't meet the deadline.
They don't have pictures to show you the model you're buying. You have to look up the image on the internet and ask if this is how it will look.
In short: If you buy, you'll get bored!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in 13 different cities around the world but this company the worst I have ever encountered. I hired this company to install new windows in my apartment. First of all, when they were supposed to deliver materials to my apartment, each time, they marked a day and hour. They left me waiting on 4 occasions! Their worker have a foot injury and that is why couldn't deliver the product. Instead of calling and canceling like normal people, they left me waiting. I took off of work and lost money. After they finally delivered the materials, they said the work would take 3 days, once again I had to take off of work. However, they were not able to deliver the product in the timeline. Honestly that didn't really bother me, what bothered me was the lack of communication.
Also the windows were supposed to open to the sides, they installed really heavy windows that open up and down. The screens were supposed to be internal, they installed external screens that are not practical. Everytime I want to close my windows, I have to put the screens on the floor. Very ugly.
In the end, I was so tired of the dealing with them, I am just going to deal with windows. Perhaps when I have more money, I put the windows I wanted with another company.
