Mas logo em seguida eles retornaram o contato e realmente ocorreu um imprevisto que impossibilitou a visita. Eles foram muito atenciosos e profissionais. Prestaram todos os esclarecimentos e se prontificaram a reagendar.
I made an evaluation about an appointment that the company confirmed by whatsApp and did not show up on time. But shortly thereafter they returned contact and there was really an unforeseen event that made the visit impossible. They were very attentive and professional. They provided all the clarifications and offered to reschedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tambem quero relatar o que aconteceu comigo nessa empresa. Liguei pra eles numa segunda feira, eu sei que era carnaval mas eu queria ao menos marca um dia mais rapido possivel. Ele me disse que ate trabalharia naquele dia se for o caso mas estava sem o material do black out e combinou comigo (sem eu pedir) na quarta feira de cinzas parte da tarde. Achei estranho mas disse ok. Quando chegou na quarta em cima da hora ele me disse que era feriado e ainda estava sem material suficiente, Ele Quis remarcar para quinta feira as 9h da manha. Ok de novo. Quando chegou as 8 e 30 ele disse que nao poderia ir pq o carro estava quebrado. E não disse mais nada. Eu resolvi cancelar e contactei outra empresa. Agora lendo a reputacao na internet me senti mais aliviado em saber que nao era so comigo o problema. Aconteceu coisa bem pior com outros clientes
I also want to report what happened to me at this company. I called them on a Monday, I know it was carnival, but I wanted to at least mark it as fast as possible. He told me that I would work on that day if that was the case but I was without the black out material and matched with me (without my asking) on Ash Wednesday afternoon. I thought it was strange but said ok. When he arrived on the fourth of the hour he told me it was a holiday and he still had not enough material, He wanted to rebook for Thursday at 9am. Okay again. When he arrived at 8 and 30 he said he could not go because the car was broken. And he did not say anything else. I resolved to cancel and contacted another company. Now reading the reputation on the internet I was more relieved to know that it was not just the problem with me. Something worse happened with other customers.

No dia do orçamento chegou com 1 hora de atraso sem ao menos avisar, Ok achei que poderia ser alguma problema no caminho mesmo, depois que agendei o serviço eles tinham que estar aqui as 13:30 quando foi 13:40 recebo uma mensagem perguntando se eu tinha escada ou seja nem tinham saído ainda, chegaram as.14:00 com a película de tamanho errado sendo que deixei claro o cômodo que seria, eu ainda paciente marquei a volta para o dia seguinte no qual a equipe não compareceu, sequer ligou ou mandou msg eu mandei msg na qual sequer responderão e quando liguei de outro número atenderam e quando ouviram que era eu desligaram a minha cara e depois disso não atenderam mais o número! Uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo! Não recomendo
