I've been doing Pilates for over 10 years. It does me enormous good both physically and mentally! But one thing is for sure, all this time the best instructor I've met was Paloma Modesto! It was the only one that really taught me to be aware of my body as a whole! I love your classes! After 5 months with her I feel much better! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse ano tive o presente de conhecer o Artemis Pilates e começar a ter aulas nesse espaço especial em cada detalhe, desde a estrutura, equipamentos, trilha sonora, sendo um espaço lindo e aconchegante no meio de um lindo jardim que inspira e acalma. E a minha experiência ainda tem um plus, porque faço aula com meu marido e filho. Para completar, as professoras que já tive contato são profissionais exemplares e dedicadas. Já estamos colhendo os frutos dessa nova rotina e indico a todos que buscam saúde e bem estar.
This year I had the gift of getting to know Artemis Pilates and starting to take classes in this special space in every detail, from the structure, equipment, soundtrack, being a beautiful and cozy space in the middle of a beautiful garden that inspires and soothes. And my experience still has a plus, because I take classes with my husband and son. To top it off, the teachers I've had contact with are exemplary and dedicated professionals. We are already reaping the fruits of this new routine and I recommend it to everyone who seeks health and well-being.
