★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja ontem pela primeira vez para comprar alguns materiais de pintura.
Apesar de te uma grande variedade de produtos, são muito caros, e não gostei do atendimento, uma má vontade.
E ainda por cima escutei um dos vendedores, que na verdade parecia até ser o dono da loja reclamando de uma moça que estava lá anteriormente por ela ter demorado a escolher os produtos, uai se a gente demora é porque muito de nós preferimos analisar bem os melhores produtos a custo benefício, pra depois não ter o transtorno de ter que trocar e etc... Mas, se um vendedor não tem a paciência de atender e deixar o cliente livre pra escolher com calma, talvez seja melhor procurar outra profissão para trabalhar.
Fica aí o feedback, acabei me sentindo pressionado com o comentário do vendedor, e tive que fazer minhas compras as pressas, porque parecia até uma indireta, por eu estar a algum tempo ali analisando os materiais.
Foi a primeira e última vez que compro nessa loja.
Prefiro comprar pela internet, porque pelo menos temos mais tempo pra selecionar o melhor produto com calma, sem vendedor te pressionando, e ainda sai mais barato !
Portanto não recomendo está loja !

And on top of that, I heard one of the sellers, who actually seemed to be the owner of the store, complaining about a girl who was there before because she took so long to choose the products. better cost-effective products, so you don't have the inconvenience of having to change, etc... But, if a salesperson doesn't have the patience to serve and leave the customer free to choose calmly, it might be better to look for another profession to work .
The feedback is there, I ended up feeling pressured by the seller's comment, and I had to make my purchases in a hurry, because it even seemed like an indirection, as I had been there for some time analyzing the materials.
It was the first and last time I shop at this store.
I prefer to buy over the internet, because at least we have more time to select the best product calmly, without a seller pressing you, and it's even cheaper!
So I don't recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro lá há mais de 20 anos. O atendimento sempre foi ruim, principalmente o dono, que é o mais mal educado. Os preços também não são os melhores. No entanto, são poucas lojas de produtos artísticos e a localização deles é boa. Às vezes precisamos ver ao vivo o produto, quando não o conhecemos, portanto a loja ainda é útil. Não conte com ajuda para saber mais sobre os materiais. A atendente normalmente é mais solícita. Quanto ao dono, compre seu material, vá pintar e ignore-o, sujeitinho ressentido.
I've been shopping there for over 20 years. The service has always been poor, especially the owner, who is the most impolite. Prices are not the best either. However, there are few artistic product stores and their location is good. Sometimes we need to see the product live when we don't know it, so the store is still useful. Don't count on help to learn more about the materials. The attendant is usually more helpful. As for the owner, buy his stuff, go paint and ignore him, resentful little fellow.
