There are many gluten-free, sugar-free and lactose-free options! I liked the chocolate cake and the Australian bread (best of the options in my opinion). There's room for you to eat what you bought! In addition to some treats for you to pinch and taste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy and friendly environment where you can have coffee, tea, many kinds of juice and a great diversity of pastries, bread, cake and pies. Best of all: most of them are gluten and lactose-free and there are many vegan options as well. On Saturdays mornings they serve all-you-can-eat breakfast (café colonial) for a reasonable price when you may have a tapioca made for you with any kind of filling, fruit, juices, vegan cheese, the best kinds of bread,ghee butter and all. But if don't feel like eating that all, you can pay by the kilo.
If you just wanna shop and take away, they also have frozen products and sugar-free jams, lactose-free butter, etc.
I have been there once but I'm sure I'll go back.
