★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não comprem desse lugar. Não atendem ligação, não respondem mensagens. Fiz o pagamento por transferência bancária, mandei o comprovante na hora para o Whatsapp da empresa e ninguém responde. Nenhuma confirmação, nenhuma atualização sobre o pedido. No pedido falava que o prazo de entrega era um dia útil, fiz a compra há 2 dias e até agora não tive nenhum retorno sobre absolutamente nada.
Terrible. Don't buy from this place. No answering calls, no answering messages. I made the payment by bank transfer, sent the receipt straight away to the company's Whatsapp and no one responds. No confirmation, no update on the order. In the order it said that the delivery period was one business day, I made the purchase 2 days ago and so far I have not had any return on absolutely nothing.

Eu vi o site deles e os preços muito bons, mas vi algumas reclamações por aqui e outras no reclame aqui sem qualquer feeddback da empresa e isso me preocupou. Resolvi entrar em contato pra entender e prontamente me responderam. A principio não gostei muito da resposta, porque a pessoa justificou dizendo que toda empresa tem reclamação. Isso eu sei, mas a minha preocupação foi o descaso da empresa perante as reclamações, pois não responderam ninguém. Pode até ser que eles tenha respondido por fora, mas tem que responder pela internet também, caso contrário dá a impressão pra quem está de fora, que ouve descaso. Enfim, foram super prestativos, a mercadoria chegou intacta e muito rápido. Sou o tipo de cliente chata e cobro mesmo. Então a minha experiência foi super positiva. Recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM DESSE LUGAR! efetuei uma compra pelo elo7 que foi debitado do meu cartão e não recebi a compra, efetuei o cancelamento e não fui reembolsada e ninguém reponde mensagens e nem telefone. Resolvi tentar efetuar a compra pelo site deles (ingenuidade minha ter tentando novamente) e mais uma vez o mesmo problema. Diz que a compra vai chegar no prazo de um dia útil, mas é MENTIRA eles simplesmente não enviam e você não consegue contato com ninguém!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I made a purchase through elo7 that was debited from my card and I did not receive the purchase, I canceled it and I was not refunded and no one responds to messages or phone. I decided to try to make the purchase through their website (naivety of me to have tried again) and once again the same problem. It says the purchase will arrive within a business day, but it's a LIE they just don't ship and you can't contact anyone!!
